A BCBA develops the individualized ABA therapy plans for children with autism, conducts assessments, and oversees the progress of each child’s development.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT)  at ASMS, you’ll work directly with children and young adults with autism, implementing individualized therapy plans to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills.

• Work in-home with families, and travel within Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, or Cumberland County is required. 

• Part time - afterschool hours generally 3-7 pm during the week with optional weekend hours.

• Paid sick leave and paid in-person training. 

 

If you’d like to become an RBT, we provide the 40-hour training and supervision required to become an RBT.
